An initial consultation is the first step in your journey with us. Our consultation process involves two steps:
1. The Consultation – This is the appointment you book today, where your chiropractor will discuss what has brought you into the clinic, review your health history, understand your goals, and conduct orthopaedic and muscle tests. Straight after this you will have a scan conducted by one of our highly trained technicians which provides deeper insight into what is happening in your body. Please note, the scan appointment will be booked for you and come through as a separate confirmation.
2. Report of Findings – In this session, your chiropractor will explain the results of your scans, review their findings, and recommend a plan to help you achieve your goals. If you choose to proceed with care, you’ll receive your first adjustment. If chiropractic care is not deemed the best approach, your chiropractor will provide you with advice on your next steps.

0-2 Year - Initial Consultation - £65.00

An initial consultation is the first step in your journey with us. Our consultation process involves two steps:
1. Consultation - This is the appointment you book today for an infant aged between 0 and 2 years old. Your chiropractor will discuss through your concerns or the reason you have brought your little one in to see us. There will be a review of your child's health and any relevant information will be gained around both the pregnancy and birth. Then a physical and neurological assessment of your child will be carried out to assess if chiropractic is an appropriate care option. This process is gentle, pain free and perfectly safe
2. Report of Findings - In this session your child's chiropractor will explain the results of the examination from the consultation process. They will discuss the treatment options, they will run through the benefits and also what to expect after the first adjustments and also run you through how long the treatment plan may last. Your child's first adjustments will take place in this session

3-10 years - Initial consultation - £65.00

An initial consultation is the first step in your journey with us. Our consultation process involves two steps:
1. The Consultation – This is the appointment you book today for a child aged between 3 and 10 years old. Your chiropractor will discuss through your concerns or the reason you have brought your child in to see us. There will be a full review of your child's health followed by a physical assessment. This may include movement tests, orthopaedic tests and neurological testing. This approach will be tailored to the age of your child.
2. Report of Findings – In this session, your chiropractor will explain the results of your scans, review their findings, and recommend a plan to help you achieve your goals. If you choose to proceed with care, you’ll receive your first adjustment. If chiropractic care is not deemed the best approach, your chiropractor will provide you with advice on your next steps.

11-15 years - Initial Consultation - £65.00

Please note, This is a non-invasive process and does not involve any radiation. The scan appointment will be booked for you and come through as a separate confirmation.

Consultation Deposit Terms and Conditions
Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to secure your appointment for a consultation. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your consultation or treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. If notice is given 24 hours or more in advance, your deposit will be refunded or applied to your rescheduled appointment.
Non-Refundable Deposit
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the clinician. The deposit will still apply, and no refund will be provided for late arrivals.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and, where possible, offer a reasonable solution.
